POLICIES

We want to satisfy our customers, so please feel free to inquire with any questions prior to purchasing any of our items. Many of the radios and accessories in our Website are getting increasingly hard to locate and are 1 of a kind. At the present time, we have no more in stock than what is listed. We always have additional radios that come in, so please check back with us from time to time. Please inquire with us before purchase to ensure the item is still available. We want to be of service to you. Thanks!!!

WARRANTIES

The following warranties are applicable in all categories:

90 DAY - Must notify us within 90 days of invoice if item does not perform as advertised.

30 DAY - Must notify us within 30 days of invoice if item does not perform as advertised.

AS IS - No warranty as to performance, application or completeness of item other than as described.

We reserve the right to replace with like item, repair, or refund on any item returned during warranty period.

Warranties are non-transferable and apply only to original purchaser.

NOTE: All car radios are intended for original application only. All warranties on any item abused, altered or damaged by purchaser will be deemed VOID! - NO EXCEPTIONS!

There is a 20% restocking fee on any returned units or parts that are returned to us for any reason other than the item did not perform as stated, or was not correct as to stated application. Please, ask all your questions in advance of purchasing!

All payments are to be made in U.S. Funds Only!

S.C. Residents must add 7% Sales Tax.

Visa/Mastercard - Ships within 48 hrs. of confirmation.

M.O./Cash/Cashiers Check - Ships within 48 hrs of receipt.

Personal/Business Checks - A 10 business day hold after receipt of check before shipping. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Please Note: A $25.00 charge will apply to checks that fail clearance.

All items we sell are Bubble Wrapped, Marked Fragile, and packaged in New Boxes to insure safe delivery! All items are shipped Insured! Any item damaged by the consigned shipper must be made known to us within 3 business days of receipt, so that we may rectify any problems immediately.

We ship UPS Ground or USPS Priority depending on weight. Most radios are $18.95 UPS (Lower 48 States)

Any other forms of shipping i.e. 2nd Day, Next Day, Overnite, Fedex, etc. - Please Inquire

C.O.D. - Sorry but we do not ship C.O.D.
